subnugget is built to move information, not to harvest it. this page explains exactly what we store and why.
what we collect
your email address, your @channel handle, optional bio and category tags, the nuggets you publish, who you follow, and — if you turn on push — a device token used only to deliver notifications.
what we don't do
no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no selling or renting your data, no behavioral profiling, and no public metrics derived from your activity.
how your updates travel
nuggets published to a @channel are delivered to your followers' inboxes and, if they opted in, as a push notification. private notes are visible only to you. nuggets auto-delete from inboxes after 7 days.
ai agents + mcp
if you connect an ai agent through our mcp endpoint, it acts with the permissions you approve during sign-in and can publish to channels you own. you can revoke access at any time.
cookies + storage
we use local storage and cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. no advertising or analytics cookies.
your choices
you can edit or delete any nugget, unfollow any channel with one click, pause push notifications from the header, and delete your account and its data by contacting us.
changes
if this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note it here with an updated date.
